Will my printer warranty be voided if I use a compatible toner cartridge?

Absolutely not!  Simply using a compatible toner will not void any warranties in place.

What is a compatible toner cartridge?

We take empty original toner cartridges, disassemble them, clean out all residue toner, replace most working parts, and fill them with the appropriate amount of virgin graphics grade toner.  All cartridges are then tested for performance using the original cartridge as a guideline.

Why should I buy compatible toner cartridges?

Generally using compatible toner cartridges can save you up to 70% (while maintaining 100% of the quality) over buying new original cartridges.  Also, using compatible/recycled cartridges is good for our environment by helping keep plastic waste out of our landfills.

Will I ever receive a defective toner cartridge?

We make every effort to ensure our products are manufactured with the highest quality parts and techniques available in the industry.  However, even with the original factory toner cartridge, occasionally you will receive a defective cartridge.  Our products have a 100% Money Back Guarantee!

What if I cannot find the model of toner cartridge for my machine?

If you cannot find the model of the toner cartridge for your machine in our online store, please call us ASAP.  Chances are, we have it.

 Keep your printer clean.

Every time you replace the toner cartridge carefully wipe out any paper or toner dust from the interior and the exterior of your printer.  Wipe off the rubber rollers with a damp cloth only (never use alcohol on rubber).  Before cleaning your printer be sure to turn the printer off.

Control your toner consumption.

Most printers have a density control.  Make sure your printer is not set too low, which makes a darker print; however, it consumes more toner then is actually needed.  If you need help finding the density setting, please call us for help.

Humidity levels in your office.

Most laser printers manufacturers advise against using your laser printer in an area less than 30% humidity.  Most streaks and poor print quality is due to low humidity.

Annual Cleanings.

We highly recommend having your printer cleaned by a qualified technician at least once per year, and in some cases even twice per year.  You can actually double your printer’s life by taking this action.

Room to breathe.

Make sure you install your printer in an area so the fans can perform their duties.  Allow enough room around the printer so it will not overheat, which will shorten its useful life.
