MTO’s Toner Cartridge Warranty
MyTonerOnline.com warrants each compatible toner cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a full 12 months.
MyTonerOnline.com’s cartridges have been manufactured to the most exacting quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.
MyTonerOnline.com will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any of its compatible toner cartridges found to be defective.
MyTonerOnline.com further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your printer. In the unlikely event that an authorized service agent insists that our product caused damage to a customers machine, we will pay for the damage. Certification must be given by the authorized service representative that such damage could not have occurred under identical operating conditions when using an OEM product.
In the event the end user experiences a copy quality problem of any kind, his/her responsibility is to call MyTonerOnline.com first at (800) 930-5512 and report the problem. MyTonerOnline.com will have a representative call or visit the location that is having a problem. The representative will evaluate the problem and report to the end user. MyTonerOnline.com will not be responsible for the expense of another company or individuals finding or remedies unless authorized by MyTonerOnline.com.
MyTonerOnline.coms sole obligation under this warranty and the exclusive remedy hereunder will be to replace defective products F.O.B. destination or to reimburse the customer as specified above. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or otherwise.
